Trafalgar Tours Tour Documentation Wallet

Trafalgar Tours will send your tour documentation wallet to you approximately 21 days prior to departure.  If you have not received it by then please call or email your Personal Vacation Planner.  Affordable Cruises Tours have automatic systems in place to confirm many aspect of your vacation and may have already contacted Trafalgar before you call.  Delivery by post is not an exact science so you might allow a few days before becoming worried.

At the time of filming this video was correct but we have just heard that Trafalgar has removed the orange Trafalgar luggage tag from the wallet.  In this case you will be less visible to the ground staff in the point of entry at the start of your tour so we advise taking a little extra time to read the paragraph on Arrivals in the Red and Black itinerary pamphlet.
